- Do I need to give you a card for the trial?
- No. The seven-day Pro trial starts the moment you sign up, with full access to weekly re-checks, the paste-ready fix queue and competitor-overtook-you alerts. We never ask for billing details during the trial, and you decide afterward whether Pro is worth paying for.
- What happens after the 7-day trial?
- Your account automatically drops to the Free score tier unless you actively choose a paid plan and enter payment details. Nothing is ever charged without that explicit step, and any schema, fixes or copy you already pasted onto your site stay live and working.
- How accurate is the score?
- AI answers vary day to day, even for the same question, so we sample multiple prompts across ChatGPT and Perplexity, with Gemini added on paid plans, and show a range rather than one guaranteed number. Treat the score as a directional read on your visibility, not a fixed permanent rank.
- Do you write content for me?
- No. AnswerFix generates paste-ready schema markup, answer blocks and entity statements built from facts you and your existing site already provide. You or your web person paste the code in yourselves. We never invent claims, prices, reviews or ratings on your behalf, ever.
- Can agencies white-label reports?
- Partly. The Agency plan adds a branded report header with your name and logo, a shareable client link, and bulk CSV import for onboarding many locations, plus 15 locations, daily core checks and 10 tracked competitors. Full white-label PDF reports are still not available, and we say so plainly.
- What is your refund policy?
- There are no refunds. Every plan is month to month or year to year, you can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and you keep access until the period you paid for ends. That is why the free check and the 7-day Pro trial exist: try everything first, then pay only if it earns its keep.
