Terms of Service

AnswerFix ("we", "us") provides a software service that checks whether AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini recommend a business, audits a business website against a set of readiness rules, and provides remediation guidance including schema markup, answer blocks and entity statements. Results depend on third-party AI providers we do not control.

You agree to use AnswerFix only for businesses you own or are authorized to represent. You will not use the service to scrape, resell or redistribute our audit methodology, to submit false business information, or to attempt to interfere with the service's operation or security.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

New accounts receive a 7-day trial of the Pro plan with no card required. At the end of the trial your account moves to the Free score tier unless you choose a paid plan and enter payment details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. See our Refunds page for refund terms.

AnswerFix reports on AI engine behavior we observe at the time of a check. We do not control ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or any other AI provider, and we do not guarantee that any business will be recommended, cited or ranked by any AI engine at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnswerFix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any change in AI visibility or search ranking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which AnswerFix's operating company is registered, as stated on your invoice, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
