Refund Policy

AnswerFix does not issue refunds on any plan, monthly or annual, in whole or in part. The free check and the 7-day Pro trial exist so you can evaluate everything before paying.

There is no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard at any time and you will not be billed again. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, email support@answerfix.ai with the invoice number and we will correct genuine billing mistakes.
