Privacy Policy

We collect the email address you sign up with, the business details you enter to run a scan (business name, website, category, city, region, country), the resulting scan and audit reports, and a hashed version of your IP address used only for rate limiting free scans. We do not collect more than we need to run the service.

AnswerFix runs on Vercel for hosting, Supabase for our database, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and AI model providers accessed through the Vercel AI Gateway to run the prompts behind your score. Each processor only receives the data needed to perform its function.

We do not sell your personal data or your business data to any third party, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@answerfix.ai. We will delete your data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain records for billing, tax or legal purposes.
