The llms.txt Generator is a free AnswerFix tool that turns your business name, one-line description, services, and key pages into a valid llms.txt file, the plain-text format proposed at llmstxt.org for giving AI crawlers a concise, structured summary instead of forcing them to parse your full HTML.
The format is deliberately simple: an H1 with your business name, a one-line blockquote summary, an H2 list of services, an H2 list of key pages written as Markdown links, and a contact section. Unlike JSON-LD schema, which search engines have used for over a decade, llms.txt is new, proposed in 2024, and no major AI company has published documentation confirming that their crawlers read or act on it consistently. That is the honest state of things, and this tool will not oversell it to you.
What it is worth: the file costs almost nothing to create and publish, cannot hurt anything if it is ignored, and gives you a single place to keep a plain-language summary of your business that stays accurate as your site changes. If adoption grows, you will already have one in place. If it does not, you have lost a few minutes, not a ranking. Fill in only the fields you have real answers for; this tool never invents a service you do not offer or a page you did not list, and any field you leave blank is simply left out of the generated file.
